What materials and sizes are suitable for outdoor use?
That depends on the location, the viewing distance, the amount of text, and the mounting method. For its existing outdoor and nameplates, Mauquoy uses materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and suitable plastics; other metals are also possible for engraved plates. We assess on a project-by-project basis which design best suits the intended use. A specific lifespan or standard size can only be discussed once a concrete choice of material and mounting method has been made.
From concept to delivery
Tell us what the sign should display, where it will be placed, and how it can be mounted. Based on that, we’ll discuss the size, material, text, and finish. Mauquoy engraves and finishes signs throughout Belgium and delivers or ships the finished product.
If on-site installation is desired, please indicate this in your request so that the options can be included in the proposal.

You can submit a request for either a single location or a series of signs. Please specify the quantity and any different texts. - Can images or a QR code be added?
Describe what you want to display. Mauquoy already offers signs with engraved QR codes; for images, the design and material will determine which options are available. - Can an existing sign be replaced?
Please send a photo and the available dimensions. We can then discuss a new design for that location. - Will the sign also be installed?
