Maker's mark

The maker's mark is the signature of the goldsmith. The mark identifies the manufacturer and is also required by law. A maker's mark is a stamp that identifies the goldsmith or silversmith. Each maker's mark is unique, each goldsmith who has a mark has his own stamp with his own drawing.
