Inner Wheel: Inner Wheel nameplate president

You can choose between 2 different kinds of attachments : 2 needles to bend or a slide bar. 
Each attachment has its own standard size:

- needles: 30x5mm
- slide bar : 40x5mm

If the nameplates of your club have other sizes then mentioned above, please fill in the size you need in the field 'Remarks'.
