Medals of Labour

Medals of labour were created to pay tribute to the dedication of employees to their company or organisation for “their knowledge, talent, skills and ideals in work service". There are therefore various categories and levels of decorations according to seniority and the level of commitment of the employees. The decorations have the purpose of paying tribute to the recipient, while they are also a sign the company wishes to make mutual respect a core value of its corporate culture.

The medals of labour have the purpose of honouring and rewarding employees by virtue of their knowledge, languages, dedication and skills while carrying out their work. There are two types of these decorations: 1st and 2nd class.
